Weald Stories present a dramatic performance
of a fateful year - battles, betrayals, political intrigue, love and loss
seen through the eyes of those surrounding the three men at the centre of
this story which has influenced our lives ever since.
Weald Stories is a group of professional storytellers formed
to fulfill two aims: to promote the art of story telling and give to the community
by raising money for charity - £12,000 for a variety of different causes
over the last three years.
We have performed for a wide range of audiences including
charitable organisations, community projects, festivals,
storytelling clubs, book groups and history societies.
Crow On The Cradle is designed for an adult audience. However, brave children who enjoy bloody battle scenes are welcome. The performance lasts two hours with an interval. We charge travel expenses. All other monies go to the charity of your choice.

"Thank you all so much for a truly wonderful evening last night. The performance more than passed my expectations I was totally spellbound, and, talking to people afterwards, I believe that to have been the experience of everyone in the audience. You all have a rare gift of bringing a story to life in a way that has an amazing capacity to move emotions. I was close to tears at the end, and I dont think I was the only one.
We absolutely loved every minute and would love to see you all back here for the next performance!
You will be pleased to hear that you raised £500.00 for our charity Open Door in Mayfield"
